The Anti-Women Harassment Cell is an integral part of our institution, dedicated to fostering a healthy and congenial atmosphere for both staff and students. Formed to establish comprehensive guidelines and norms for a policy against sexual harassment, the Cell's primary mandate is to prevent gender discrimination and inappropriate sexual conduct. This is achieved through the promotion of gender sensitivity and justice throughout the college community.
The Women Cell actively works to raise awareness on gender equality issues, organizing talks and awareness programs aimed at empowering women. By addressing and mitigating instances of gender-based discrimination, the Cell contributes to creating a safer and more inclusive environment within the college premises.
